Old Business and Committe Reports

Lion Terry updated club on Truck Draw ticket sales at local events and pickup procedure for Lions members picking up Truck from Bourgeois. Also looking into purchasing a tent for cover at events. 
Lion Murry updated club on GBGH funding situation, he is to look into getting commitment that eye room will be funded 
Lion Scott reported that food bank committee held their initial meeting 
Effective speaking to be held at Lions hall Feb 17, setup 6;15 help needed 
Lion Vern updated club on Bonspiel Mar 5, if interested in curling please contact Vern or Brian 
Lion Brian updated club on latest plans for expansion of EDHS 
First round of nomination for next year’s officers will take place at the next regular meeting 
