Lakes of the Four Seasons Lions Club
Serving LOFS 33 Years
The Lakes of the Four Seasons Lions Club is an active group of volunteer women and men who serve our community and the world. We provide the community with an Easter Egg Hunt, 4th of July Celebration, Health Fair and Children's Christmas Party. We support the Local Food Banks, the Caring Place, St. Jude House, Spring Valley Shelter, ARC Bridges, Meals on Wheels and local Sports Teams.
Over the years the Lions developed Lions Park by building a parking lot, shelter, playground and a walking path. The park is used by many sports teams for practice. Many groups and families have picnics at the shelter. The walking path is ideal for those needing a safe place to exercise.
The LOFS Lions have worked closely with the LOFS Fire Force to purchase AEDs for the Clubhouse, Pool, Security Squad Cars and some Fire Force vehicles.
The LOFS Lions have donated funds for the handicapped accessible dock near the LOFS CLubhouse.
We purchase Eyeglasses for those who need a helping hand. We help Santa shop for those families that need us.
We support the following Indiana Lions State Projects:
- Indiana Lions Cancer Control Fund
- Indiana Lions for Leader Dogs for the Blind
- Indiana Lions Speech and Hearing
- Indiana Lions Eye and Tissue Transplant Bank
- Indiana Lions for Indiana School for the Blind and Visually Impaired
