ALPINE LIONS CLUB LOSES MEETING SITE AGAIN

The Alpine Lions Club has lost our meeting site again for the sixth time in so many years. we are currently meeting at a new site: The Alpine Oriental Express. This is a temporary site until we see when the Longhorn is reopened.

If you are coming for a visit, the Oriental Express is located on located on Highway 90 West just after the Ramada Hotel.

District Convention

The District 2-T3 Convention was held April 15-16 in El Paso, Texas. A grand time was had by all who attended. Lots of dor prizes. Lion Vic Morgan was elected 2nd Vice District Governor for next year and Lion Gail O'Neill recieved the Legacy Lion Award for our Club. The first District Cabinet meeting for 2011-2012 will be hosted by our Club on July 29-30. More information will be avaialbe on the district web site in June.

GET YOUR DISTRICT AND STATE PINS AS WELL AS DIRECTORIES

2010-2011 District and State Pins are still available from the District Pin Chairperson in El Paso. They are really GREAT!! 2011-2012 District and Stae pins will be available at the first cabinet meeeting in July.
