District Governor Don Weeks and First Vice Governor Zoie White attended the meeting. DG Weeks installed the officers for 2010 - 2011.

Boss Lion Royce affirmed his new member goal for the club. He plans for the membership to double to twelve Lions during his term of office. All members are urged to bring guests next week.

Boss Lion will bring thank-you notes to next week's meeting. Each Lion in attendance will sign the notes, which will express our gratitude to the sponsors of our Shoot  for Sight fundraiser.

Boss Lion canceled the September hamburger cook-out for the antique car club due to the Labor Day Holiday.
