Looking for volunteers!



In mid-December, members of the Amherstview Lions Club & an army of volunteers, helped collect, sort and prepare 154 food hampers. Several local schools, businesses, churches and other community partners helped us make this our biggest hamper event.



Region Chair Lion Fred Brown and Lion Joan Benoit proudly show a banner from 1987 when a Leo Club for five years prospered in Amherstview. Will history repeat itself? Lion Mike Kubisheski is spearheading this project.



On Dec 12-17 Region Chair Lion Fred Brown with sponsor Lion Neville Taylor inducted Ted Hawkins in the Amherstview Lions Club Den. Lion Ted has worked hard at almost every Lions Club event in September, October and November



Treasure Chest Bingo helps local organizations, like the Amherstview Lions Club, raise $16.5M over the past 12 years.



Lions Nilesh Daya & Bill Matier prepared and pour over 900 cups of hot chocolate at the Light Up the Season event at Fairfield Park on December 3-17. Lion Bill, Lion Gord & Lion Mike were also there to help!

A Lions International Centennial Project Protecting The Environment. Amherstview Lions Partnered With Loyalist Township Making Rain Barrels Available To Area Residents. The April 2017 Sale Was Also A Fundraiser For Lions Sponsored Community Initiatives.

The three clubs of Bath and District, Amherstview as well as Odessa and District joined forces to pay for an arena board ad that asked the public to join the Lions Club. Region Chair Lion Fred Brown dropped the ceremonial puck!
