For Eyeglasses and Hearing Aids Assistance 

PLEASE NOTE: 

• The program is ONLY accepting NEW patients.
• The assistance is for one pair of single prescription glasses only.  (NO bifocals.  NO trifocals.  NO sunglasses.   NO upgrades.)
• The Ann Arbor Host Lions work with our partners in the Huron Valley Sunrise Lions Club  and the Ann Arbor Evening Lions Club  to provide assistance to our community's need for eyeglasses, eye exams and hearing aids.
• If you are a resident of Ann Arbor or Ypsilanti and need this type of assistance, please have your social worker or case worker contact our Sight Conservation Chair at (734) 786-7303.
• Important Please Note: A social worker or case worker MUST be the one to make the call. If you do not have access to a social worker or case worker, please call Disability Network at (734) 971-0277 and ask for one of their staff to help you with the process.  This program has an income limits.
