 AUBURN LIONS CLUB #6998

Welcome to the Auburn Lions Club website; this communication medium is always under construction so, check back often for updates.

The Auburn Lions Club was organized on April 21,1965 by a group of men who cared about the community.  Women were added in 1987 when Lions Clubs International, Inc., accepted women.  Today there are about 20 men and women serving the community as Lions.

If you are interested in becoming a Lion and joining others who serve the Auburn community, contact Membership Chair Laura Timmons at 785-256-2163 or simply come to one of our bimonthly meetings.  We meet the 2nd Monday of each month at the Auburn Civic Center, 1020 N. Washington; on the 4th Monday of each month we enjoy dinner out together at an area restaurant (call Secretary Ellen Caster, 785-256-2280, to RSVP and find out the location).

We look forward to meeting you and welcoming you into our LIons den! smiley
