The Boscobel Area Lions Club was organized in 1993 and was granted a charter by Lions Clubs International on April 4, 1993.

Our club has approximately 30 men and women members.  We also are the sponsor club for the Boscobel Leo Club with over 25 young men and women ages 12-18.

Lions International and the men and women of our club are from all walks of life and have one motto:  "WE SERVE."  We raise money to fund our projects.  All of our administrative costs are from dues paid by the members.  Every penny of the money raised by our projects goes to support the charities selected by club members.

Lions are an international network of 1.3 million men and women in 205 countries and geographic areas who work together to answer the needs that challenge communities around the world.
