Range Special Events:

  • The Bountiful Lion's Shooting Range invites you to come and join us every Tuesday evening from 6pm to 8pm, for our weekly Bowling Pin Shoot.  Come and shoot under the lights at the Pistol Range, where there is fun for everyone.  Bring your .38 caliber or larger pistol, and plenty of rounds (60 - 80) and join in the fun!  Standard range fee's of $6.50 apply, plus an additional $1 for the pin fees, per shooter.  We hope to see you there!

  • The Bountiful Lions Club opens their Traps each year Wednesday evening from 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM. The cost is $6.00 per round (25 birds). Come and enjoy the fun!

  • The Bountiful Lion’s Defensive Pistol Association (BLDPA) will be hosting our IDPA shoot on Monday evenings. Contact the range for the next shoot.  Please be at the pistol range by 5:30pm to sign in, and to gear up. New shooters to IDPA events need to be at the range by 5:15pm for a New Shooter Orientation.   Our Mandatory Safety Review and CoF Walk Through will start promptly at 5:45.  We will shoot from 6pm to 8pm.  We will have a minimum of 4 CoF’s, please plan on 50 to 75 rounds.  We ask that you familiarize yourself with the IDPA Rules, which can be found at IDPA.com.  To participate in the event there is a cost of $ 15 per shooter, which includes the range fees.   • The Bountiful Lions Club hosts a Turkey Shoot each year prior to Thanksgiving. This is a very popular multi-day event that attracts shooters from all over the Wasatch Front. Proceeds raised are used for Bountiful Lions Club local, state, and international service projects.

  • The Bountiful Lions Club hosts an annual Steak and Rib Shoot on July 24th as part of the Pioneer Day/Handcart Day celebration. Proceeds raised are used for Bountiful Lions Club local, state, and international service projects.

  • The Bountiful Jeep Posse hosts a day long Ham Shoot each spring just prior to Easter. Proceeds raised are used for Bountiful Jeep Posse service projects. The Bountiful Jeep Posse is the 1st and oldest Jeep Posse in the world.

Range Association

  • The Bountiful Lions Range is home to the Lakeview Rifle and Pistol Association.

The facilities at the Bountiful Lions Range include:

  • 25 Yard Outdoor Pistol Range ;

  • 25/50/100/200 Yard Outdoor Rifle Range with 11 benches

  • Four Trap Houses

Range Fees:

  • $6.00 for each regular shooter

  • $4.00 for scouts

  • Free for current Lion Members and immediate family

  • Free for current Members of the Lakeview Gun Club

  • Free for Law Enforcement officers

  • There are no range membership fees, everyone is welcome.

Range hours of operation:

  • 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM, Monday through Saturday

  • 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM on Sunday
