, and welcome to our web site.

Brighton Lions Club
is part of the International Association of Lions Clubs.

Now celebrating our Diamond Jubilee, we have been serving the local, national and international communities since 1950.

Lions are members of community service clubs, dedicated to the idea that the men and women who live in a community are in the best position to know who needs help and why. Lions are an international network of 1.3 million men and women in 202 countries and geographic areas who work together to answer the needs that challenge communities around the world. The association is both non-political and non-sectarian. Brighton is the second oldest Lions Club in Great Britain and Ireland, having been chartered in January 1951.

The running costs of Brighton Lions Club, like those of all other Lions Clubs, are met by subscriptions paid by the members, so all monies raised from the public are used for charitable purposes.
