Moorooka Lions Club welcomes our Entrant in the 2010 – 2011 Lions Medical Research Personality Quest, Miss Brianna Towers. 

A Committee to support Brianna’s entry has been set up with Lion Jackie Holyoake as Chair.

Brianna's and the Club's Fund raising events have been:

- Go Between Bridge Market Day Sausage Sizzle on 4 July 2010.

- A Bowling Night on Sunday 24 October at the Strike Bowling Bar - Wintergarden (City Mall). 

- A BBQ at Bunnings Rocklea on Sunday 28 November 2010 which was a great success.

- The selling of red roses at the Wiggles concerts on the weekend 11th and 12th December 2010 and at Brisbane's Central railway station on Valentine's Day , 14th February 2011 were also great  successes.

- A drink stall at the Fairfield Flood Family Fun Fair on Saturday 16 April 2011.

- A BBQ at Fairfield Gardens Shopping Centre on Saturday 28 May 2011.

Brianna reached the 3rd Incentive Level in the Quest. Well Done Brianna!
