The Bristol County Lions Club was chartered on March 30, 1948. The Club is represented by District 42, which is comprised of 34 Clubs. We are dedicated to the prevention and treatment of eye deseases and childrens cancer. Besides raising money to support Hasbro Childrens Hospital and the Ronald McDonald House in Providence, we have provided scholarships, Holiday food baskets, participated in adopt a family programs and and provide support for Fidelco seeing eye dog foundation as well as sending children with blindness, cancer and diabetes to specialty camps. Anyone in the community that needs our help can turn to us for support. This past year we helped fund our local playgrounds and an EZ ID Kit that is used by the Bristol Police to find lost children.
