* Chestermere Food Bank: the Chestermere Lions Club was instrumental in setting up the Chestermere Food Bank. Throughout the year, Club members help the Food Bank volunteers pick up and sort food and the Club supports the Food Bank financially.

* Pumpkin Patch: a family oriented event where the Lions sell pumpkins for Halloween.

* Charity Casino: this year was held on June 30-July 1 at the Silver Dollar Casino. The Lions Club shares in the proceeds from the Casino during the quarter April through June. Thanks for supporting the Chestermere Lions Club.

* Blood Donor Clinic: the Lions provide hands-on support for the Canadian Blood Services.

* Waterfest: in partnership with the Town of Chestermere, the Lions run the beer garden. Proceeds go to local Lions activities.

* Spring and Fall Fairs: the Lions cook up a delicious fundraiser pancake breakfast.

* Chestermere Minor Hockey: the Lions support this organization through donations
