Music in the Square 2011
Good fortune shines on the Colborne and District Lions. For ten consecutive Thursdays the rain held off and we had wonderful attendance at the Music in the Square this year. A good time was had by all and funds raised from the 50/50 draws and water sales, were used to provide the people of Colborne with a much needed bench downtown.

At the Cramahe Council Meeting of September 20, 2011, Lion President (shown above with Mayor Marc Coombes) presented council with a donation of $300.00 for use of the Keeler Centre for Charter night festivities and confirmed the Lions will be donating a much needed park bench for under the Clock in downtowm Colborne.
Although we had a couple of close calls, the rain held off for all ten Thursday evenings and the two Sunday afternoon presentations much to the enjoyment of the 200 - 300 people who showed up to enjoy the shows. Below is a list of the events that took place this summer.
