-------------------------------------

The Corte Madera Lions Club has been doing good while having fun for over 60 years. We’re women and men, young and old, from Corte Madera and several neighboring towns.

The Club provides a friendly and relaxed way to connect with — and give back to — our community. It is an ideal avenue for newer residents to meet and socialize with neighbors who are dedicated to improving and enriching our community.

The Lions built the Community Center in 1952, and we’ve helped to improve it over the years. We’re a founding contributor of the Town Band and present their two annual concerts. We also co-host Corte Madera’s popular Oktoberfest with the Beautification Committee. In addition, each year the Club produces the Volunteer Dinner at the Community Center to recognize the many citizens who give their time to make our Town a better place.

We also host many other fun events to raise money for local programs such as Little League, the Boy Scouts, Redwood High’s Seniors Night, Big Brothers/Big Sisters, and the Canal Alliance. In keeping with Lions’ traditional focus, we also provide regular support to eye-health charities such as Guidedogs for the Blind and Canine Companions.

We gather twice a month at the Community Center to enjoy drinks and dinner while being entertained by a mix of thought-provoking educational programs and festive fun nights. Would you like to join us?
