Cranbrook Lions Club

Chartered in 1948

Founded in 1917, we are now
active in 205 countries around
the World and have over 1.3
million members worldwide in
more than 44,500 Clubs. We are
comprised of men and women
from all walks of life.

Our motto is, “We Serve.”

  What We Do

 

  • Supply guide dogs for the blind, deaf, and disabled
  •  Recycle eyeglasses
  •  Support camps for disabled children
  •  Sponsor Sam Steele
  • Sweetheart Candidates
  •  Award Scholarships
  •  Sponsor Peace Poster contest
  • Organise and host the annual Christmas Light-Up Tour for seniors
  • We also donate many man- hours to the  Key City Theatre, Sam Steele Parade, Blue Lake Camp, Seniors’ Centre and various work for senior and/or disabled citizens

  • Financial aid for the purchase of        eyeglasses, dentures, hearing aids,   wheelchairs, etc.

  • Christmas Light-up
  • Tour for our Seniors
  • Christmas Gift Certificates for  needy families.​
