General Information

• For sight and vision needs in the Crestwood School District call our Sight Committee Chairman, Harold Ullman at 330-274-2516 for an application.  All information is kept confidential and certain qualifications apply.

• Reflective, Green Address Signs are available for $15. Call Jim Spence at 330-274-2436 for more information and specific orientation of your sign and numbers.  These are excellent driveway markers and house markers, especially in emergency situations.

• Gift baskets for every occasion and scented candles are for sale by contacting Mary Hannah at 330-883-9297.  Candles are $7 each.  Gift baskets start at $5 on up.  Special orders are also taken and encouraged.
