The El Dorado Springs Lions Club was chartered February 26, 1962.  We have 40 members. 

Some of the more recent projects are: 

Shop With A Lion Annual Golf Tournament raises funds to be used to take around 100 under-priviledged children Christmas Shopping, each December.

Constructed wheel chair ramps of needy person.

Develope and maintain a 5 acre Lions park, which has a walking track, 120 seat pavilion shelter, and basketball court.

Gave a $500 Scholarship for high school senior.

Adopted a 2 miles of 54 Highway for trash pickup, twice a year.

Did eye screening for about 500 children.  Also buy eyeglasses for needy children.
