Acting Pres Jim called meeting to order at 7:05pm with 8 members present.

Correspondence
- Thank you cards received from Elmvale Co-operative Nursery, Barrie Ribbons of Hope, Wyevale Parks and Rec, Moira King, Gov Jim Corneau, and the Bob Rumball Foundation.
- Request for funds received from Huronia Centennial Breakfast for Learning Program. To retable at reg meeting.
- Members are informed of a celebration of Life for Lion Greg Yarmola of Wasaga Beach, Sat Jan 7th, 1pm at the Lions Den.
Old Business and Committee Reports
- Lion Gary reported on the activities of the upstart Lions Club in Wasaga. He and any member wishing to join, are invited to a dinner/planning mtg. Wed Jan 11th. Please contact Lion Gary if you wish to attend.
- Lion Gerry gave a report on the Leos project. He is still working through the initial package.
- Lion Bob C gave a report on the state of our Corvette Lottery Licence. 332 tickets are being returned with a letter and full refund. Out of province purchases will no longer be accepted unless sold face to face in Ontario. Springwater Townships letter to our club will be available to members if the wish to review.
New Business
- Club received $31.95 in donations from the bar tips.
- Club also received $950 in donations over the holidays from 3 wise men and Lion Bob.
