Lion Nick Morsky Celebrates 50 Years of Service
Just over fifty years ago a young man became a Lions member hoping to contribute to the community of Estevan. Lion Nick Morsky now celebrates his long term commitment to our organization. A special dinner meeting was held in Lion Nicks honour on May 26, 2015 where a large crowd came out to help celebrate this milestone.

Lion Nick served on the executive many times and was an active member who used our motto ‘we serve’ as a continually reminder of why he joined this amazing club.
He has seen many changes in the club, mostly positive " It has been a pleasure to be a member of such a great club. " stated Morsky. He added it's been great to be a part of a club which does so much for the community.
Special guest speaker Lion Murray, Past International President, congratulated Nick on behalf of Lions International. A special message was read by Lion Nancy Nagy from Her Honour The Lieutenant Governor of Saskatchewan, Vaughn Solomon Schofield. Lion Nancy also did a slide show of past photos and memorabilia of Lion Nick and the club.
Our Lions club has been truly blessed to have Lion Nick as a part of our team of volunteers. Congratulations and thank you for your fifty years of service to our club!
