Last Tuesday evening December 1st Evansville Lion president Dan Laux and Lion Dave Ross presented Julie Hermanson of AWARE in Evansville with a $2,000.00 donation.  Evansville Lions also provide support to the Boy Scouts and serve various other needs with a particular focus on individuals with eyesight problems. Monies received through fund raising efforts such as the current Calendar Raffle are returned to the community.
