The First Capitol Lions is the lead group in handling the Saint Charles Oktoberfest, over 50,000 guest enjoyed the festival with the support of the 6 clubs, St. Peters Lions, Lake St. Louis Lions, Cottleville-Weldon Spring Lions, O'Fallon "K" Lions, Jonesburg Branch Lions.....
