Folsom Lake Lions Club has approved bylaws and submitted a request to Lions Clubs International to form a Foundation, A 501c3 on 3/28/19.  Immediately following LCI approval, Folsom Lake Lions will submit IRS form 1023 EZ for approval. 

On 5/9/19 Our secretary reported and shared the correspondance from Lions Clubs International that approved the application to create a Foundaion.
