The Lions Club of Frederick

Since 1922 the Lions Club of Frederick has served the community, giving generously of time and talent to assist private and public agencies in our quest to help make Frederick and our world a better place to live and work.

Over the years our support has ranged from assisting in the funding of street lights in the downtown shopping area in the 1920’s to providing thousands of eye examinations and glasses for the visually impaired in our community.

Agencies and organizations that benefit from our benevolent giving include American Red Cross, Frederick Health, Little League Baseball, Leader Dog for the Blind, Salvation Army, Special Olympics, Frederick Community College, Community Living, and United Way.
