 90th ANNIVERSARY -- November 18, 2010

Galesburg Lions celebrated their 90th anniversary in November with a fun-filled night of friendship and camaraderie at the Soangetaha Country Club. The keynote address was delivered by Past Lions International President Kay Fukushima of Sacramento, California. Two of the club's four 2010 Melvin Jones Fellow awards were announced at the Charter Night celebration.

PANCAKE DAY 2011 - A RECORD SETTING PERFORMANCE!

Pancake Day - Friday, Feb. 11 - was a huge success. We served 1,007 people in four hours, the most in 40 years for this annual event! We signed on 36 corporate sponsors, the most ever, and once again had a live on-site radio broadcast on WAIK-FM during the morning service! Thanks to all of our sponsors, vendors, club members and customers for making this the best Pancake Day in recent years!
