Scholarship Program

The Garner Lions Club provides scholarships to area students based on their financial need, academic performance, and demonstrated service to our community. Our service organization is interested in providing assistance to those students that show an understanding of what it means to give back to the community.

Applicants for the scholarship should describe themselves in a cover letter that accompanies their scholarship application. All applications must be submitted to the school guidance office to be forwarded to our review panel for consideration.

The deadline for scholarship applications to be turned in to Ms. Stacy Davidson is Wednesday, May 8th by 10:00 a.m.

Download the application.  It is a protected Microsoft Word document with fields where you can enter your information.  You may have to go to View and select Edit Document. Then you should be able to to tab from field to field if you wish to fill it out on line.  You may fill it out and print it.

If you prefer, you may print the blank form and fill it out manually.  You cannot submit it electronically because it must be signed.
