Geneva Lions Club hosts Radio Day each year as a fund raiser.Clues are given on WGEA Radio and the Treasure is usually found within hours. Geneva Lions Club also hosts an annual Pancake Supper. Each year the Geneva Lions' Club sponsors students for the youth leadership Camp. A youth baseball team is sponsored as well as donations given to the Geneva Band and to the fire department.

The Geneva Lions Club recently received the Volunteer Service Award from  Wiregrass HRDC.  The Lions Club participated in Stuff the Semi, helped with Brown Bags for senior citizens and  gave generously of their time and money to help school Children with school supplies. The Club was honored to win such a prestigious award.
