Georgia Gwinnett College Campus Lions Club is a civic and community service oriented organization whose motto is “We Serve.” The club currently has an active membership of 26 men and women of diverse backgrounds. It is a local club of Lions Club International which is made up of 1.35 million members worldwide in 208 geographical areas. Lions Clubs International is the largest service organization in the world.

Our Mission

Our mission is to create and foster a spirit of understanding among all people. To serve diverse humanitarian needs by providing voluntary effort through community involvement and international cooperation.

Lions Objective

Lions objective is to encourage service-minded people to serve their community without personal financial reward; to encourage efficiency; and, promote high ethical standards in commerce, industry, public works and private endeavors. To unite the clubs in the bonds of friendship, good fellowship and mutual understanding. To take an active interest in the civic, cultural and social welfare of the community. To promote the principals of good government and citizenship.

The Georgia Gwinnett College Campus Lions Club meets twice a month:

                         1st & 3rd Wednesday
               of each month from 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM

1000 University Center Lane
Building E (Student Center) in the Private Dining Hall
