Glanford and Lindsey Lions Club welcomes you to their website. We hope you find the articles informative and useful.

Glanford and Lindsey Lions Club was formed in 1991 to raise funds for a variety of projects important to local communities and to support Lions' national and international charitable causes.

As part of the Family of Lions Clubs we are located in an area which covers the districts of North Lincolnshire and West Lindsey. The main towns and villages being; Messingham, Kirton in Lindsey, Scotter, Hibaldstow, Gainsthorpe, Redbourne, Waddingham, Scotterthorpe, Susworth, Snitterby.

Membership is open to men and women who are able to donate some of their time to provide service to their community and other club objectives. It is not hard work and we ensure that "fun" is a major part of our fundraising. We even have a social committee to ensure we have a good time together.

CARING ABOUT PEOPLE IN THE COMMUNITY Caring about people is the key objective of Lions Clubs throughout the World. In addition to the countless humanitarian projects which the organisation undertakes globally each local Lions Club is committed to focusing their efforts on the local community. Glanford and Lindsey Lions Club has an outstanding record of providing support just where it is needed and will continue their efforts to make life a little easier for individuals and groups who deserve and require help.

GLANFORD & LINDSEY LIONS CLUB CELEBRATE 25 YEARS OF SERVICE

On the 12th April 2016 Glanford and Lindsey Lions Club celebrated 25 years of service. Over that period we have raised more than £370,000 for worthy causes. Many people have been affected by donations which have been made to Local, National and International causes ranging from individual assistance, nationally recognised groups and international disasters. We are extremely proud to be able to say that every penny we raise goes towards a worthy cause. We hope we can continue as a Club for another 25 years and continue to help those less fortunate than ourselves, but we keep reminding ourselves that we would not have been able to celebrate our achievements without the generous support from the public. So it is those that support us that we would like to thank. We will keep helping where we can and follow one of our mottos ‘We Serve’.

Without YOUR help we would not be able to assist the worthy causes we do; so a huge THANK YOU for the support you give us.
