Wheelchair Ramps

Grand Chute Lions built their first wheelchair ramp in 2000.  In 2008-2009 14 members volunteered 249 hours to work on 12 ramps.  In 2009-2010 13 members volunteered 409 hours to work on 17 ramps. 

 Dictonary Project

Grand Chute Lions working with other area Lions club provide each third grader in Appleton School district a dictionary.  Dictionaries are given to students to use and keep.  Grand Chute Lions go into classrooms to present students with dictionaries.  While Lions are in classroom they do a lesson with students on how to use dictionaries.  Lions also tell students alittle about the Lions organization.
