Welcome

Founded in 1917 in Chicago, Illinois by Melvin Jones, Lions Club International has grown to become the largest community service organization in the world.  There are 1.35 million members in more than 45,000 Lions Clubs in 206 countries and geographic areas worldwide.

The Humboldt Lions Club was chartered in 1946 with 34 members.  There are currently 44 members both men and women, in our club.

By working together, we can achieve our goal of earning approximately $15,000 to fund our 2011-2012 budget. 

We hope to have another great Lion’s year to uphold the proud tradition of service to others in our community and in the world.
