Who Are the Indian Trail Lions ?

The Indian Trail Lions Club is one club in an organization of over 45,000 clubs with a worldwide membership of more than 1.3 million members. The Indian Trail Lions presently has seventeen members.

The Indian Trail Lions Club was chartered in 1969 and has served the community for over forty years. At the time of the founding of the Club there were thirty Charter Members-one of whom is still a member.

Our major focus has been the needs of the blind and visually impaired in our community We provide eyeglasses and eye exams to underprivilaged children and adults in our area as well as some financial assistance for treatment of vision and hearing conditions for those unable to pay for those treatments. We also provide scholarship assistance to visually or hearing impaired high school graduates planning to attend college.
