International Lions Club
The International Lions Club, chartered on April 9, 1962, was originally located in Progreso, Texas and Nuevo Progreso, Tamps, Mexico. It was chartered as a truly “International” club whose membership included Lions from both the United States (Texas) and Mexico. The club later relocated to Weslaco, Texas.
Our members are volunteers who dedicate their talents and abilities to serving humanitarian needs in their community, country, and in the world.

Lions are an international network of 1.3 million men and women in 205 countries and geographic areas who work together to answer the needs that challenge communities around the world.
