We have proudly served the South Telford community for over 30years
Our members are very different in many ways, but we share a core belief-our community is what we make it. That's because we help where help is needed.

Here some of the activities we have been involved with recently:
- Ironbridge Gorge Brass Band Festival http://ironbridgebandfestival.co.uk
- BBC Antiques Roadshow at Blist's Hill
- Stewarding for Club 2000 sports day for members with learning dissabilities.
- Purchase and planting 3000 bulbs at Coalbrookdale picnic site.
- Replanting of Madeley war memorial
- Provision of special computer and Keyboard for little girl with Crebal Palsy
- Take 5 "Young Carers" on Childflight
- Donation to local special school to provide specalist forum for parents with Autistic teenagers
- Continue to supply Bottles for "Message in a Bottle" Emergency information system

Ironbridge and Severn Gorge Lions Club was formed in 1979 and works in the South Telford, our local area includes Dawley,Madeley,Brookside,Woodside,Stirchley and Randlay as well as Ironbridge and Coalbrookdale and surrounding Villages
Membership is open to men and Women. Current members come from a wide variety of backgrounds and occupations. Every skill and talent is put to good use.

Every penny of charity money raised by Lions Clubs goes to charitable causes.
ALL administration costs are met by the lions themselves.
