The Kearney Lions was organized in May, 1941 and have been serving the Kearney community since that time.

The Kearney Lions

• provide highway clean up
  
• provide a scholarship to a local graduate to the University of Nebraska Kearney
  
• provide eyeglasses to those in need
  
• recycle eyeglasses and hearing aides
  
• provide assistance to those in need for eye surgery
  
• assist those in need from fire, disasters, etc.
  

Our members serve in our district and multiple district in leadership positions. 

The clubs encourages and supports leadership opportunities.
