DUE TO COVID CONCERNS, THIS EVENT HAS BEEN CANCELLED FOR 2022.
The Lions Club of Kingborough is curating the tenth Kingborough Art Prize Exhibition & sale in the Kingborough Community HUB, Goshawk Way Kingston in February 2022, where winning exhibits will be judged by an independent, professional judging panel.
The exhibition will have a non-acquisition first prize of $1000.00 for the best work exhibited, and three category prizes, each of $600.00.
The exhibition will be open to the public from 2:00pm to 6:00pm on Thursday February 24th.
10:00am to 6:00pm on Friday February 25th.
10:00am to 6:00pm Saturday February 26th.
and 10:00am to 4:00pm Sunday February 27th.
The Lions Club of Kingborough is grateful for the sponsorship provided by Kingborough Council.
- The $1000.00 Art Prize will be awarded by the judging panel to an artwork in any medium on any subject.
- A $600.00 award will be made in each of the following categories.
- Paintings incl. oil, acrylic, gouache, watercolour & mixed media.
- Design / 3D incl. Ceramics, glass, jewellery, textiles, furniture & wood.
- Works on Paper incl. pastels, drawing, ink & digital art
