King Island is situated in the middle of Bass Strait between the Australian States of Victoria & Tasmania.

King Island is well known for it's Cheese, Beef, Lobsters and Kelp.

With an Island population of around 1500 people.  

We were Chartered in April 1969,  our Club has 38 members and we are actively seeking more.

Dick Strickland is a member of the Australian Lions Foundation Hall of Fame, and has achieved 41 years of perfect attendance. 

Ken Richards and Dick Strickland, Ken Payne, Easton Johnstone and Bob Thompson are Melvin Jones Fellows.
