Outgoing President Lion Georgette Palmer received  an award from the incoming president Lion Dr. Curline Christie at the LCK Change of Administration held at the Jamaica Pegasus on June 19, 2013.

District Governor 60B, Lion Claudius Buncamper, MJF (3rd left) pinned Lion Barry Colquhoune (2nd left) recognising him for 40 year of service to the Kingston Lions Club. Outgoing President Lion Norman Boswell (right) passed on the Gavel to incoming President Lion Georgette Palmer in a symbolic Changing of the Guards for the Lions Club of Kingston on June 27, 2012 at the Jamaica Pegasus Hotel.
