The La Grange Noon Lions Club participates in many projects both in the local community and in District 2-S5. Some of the Local Projects Include:

1. A bi-annual Broom and Mop Sale held every spring at the Fayette County Courthouse.

2. A Spring and Fall Meal held in May and November each year.

3. Sponsorship of an Adopt a Highway Litter Control for 2 miles on US Highway 77 North near the Fayette County Fairgrounds.

4. Scholarships for Local Students.

5. Sponsorship of Flags over Texas each year for the Local Chapter of the Boy Scouts which are displayed at the Fayette County Court House.

6. Contributions are made regularly to local projects including the Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, La Grange Backpack Program, La Grange Summer Lunch Program, and the American Red Cross.

7. Sponsorships are made every year for local students to participate in Boys and Girls State Events.

8. Sponsorship of a candidate for Fayette County Fair Queen.

9. Having a food drive each year to support to the local AMEN Food Pantry.

The La Grange Noon Lions Club also participates and contributes to projects in District 2-S5, including:

1. The Texas Lions Camp

2. Lions World Services for the Blind

3. The Leader Dog Program

4. Diabetes Awareness Program

5. Eyeglasses Collection Program
