Members

  • Our members are men and women who strive to make a difference in our local community and the world. Our volunteer efforts go beyond just support for vision care, we also address community needs such as: food for the needy, youth activities, senior support, community activities and our furry friends at The Lions Dog Park on the island.
  • As a Lion club member you can:
    • make a difference everyday in your community
    • provide support locally or reach out internationally
    • grow personally and professionally by participating in our programs, community service projects and events
  • Have an impact on local and international humanitarian issues
  • Develop relationships with local and international community and business leaders.
The Daybreakers Lions Club of Lake Havasu City was chartered on May 24, 1999 and over the years we have kept the motto "We Serve" at the forefront of all our activities.  We do not believe bigger is better and try to keep our membership between twenty and thirty, large enough to "get things done" but small enough to develop true friendships.
We encourage our winter visitors, both Lions and potential Lions, to become involved in your adopted community.  We have numerous people from the northern states and Canada who meet with us during the winder months.
