• Manning the Salvation Army Kettles
• Chaperoning a Teen Dance at Harvest fest Weekend

• Annual Fund Raising Dinner and Auction for the Memory Box Project

Annually in January we have a mystery club meeting, our hall room is booked for a hockey tournament so we travel for some fun and fellowship

Our regular meetings are on the 1st and 3rd Thursdays so on the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays we meet for coffee to keep up on all the activities and try to solve the world problems.

One of our members attends all the meetings of the Lambeth Community Recreation Council, and keeps us informed of their aspirations.

Our annual wind up party is usually held at Long Woods, where the natural setting seems to be very much appreciated by the end of another year in Lionism. Our members that provided entertainment did an excellent job and incoming Vice District Governor John was very impressed with their musical skills.

Autumn finds us eagerly anticipating the joys of volunteerism with the start of another year in the quest to help make this a better world for all concerned.

Harvestfest, and we enter the parade, chaperone the teen dance and other functions.

One of the highlights of every up coming year is our Annual Fund Raising Dinner and Auction. The proceeds from the evening will go to supporting the Memory Box program and our ongoing community projects. If anyone makes a donation to the Memory Box program over $10 an income tax receipt can be issued if you desire.
