GLOBAL ACTION TEAM
With the support of the board of directors, develops and initiates a coordinated plan to expand humanitarian service, achieve membership growth, and develop future leaders. Meets regularly with club members to discuss the progress of the plan and initiatives that may support the plan. Collaborates with members of the district Global Action Team to learn about initiatives and best practices. Shares activities, achievements and challenges with members of the Global Action Team. Attends the District Governor Advisory Committee meeting and other zone, region, district or multiple district meetings that feature service, membership or leadership initiatives to exchange ideas and gain knowledge that may be applied to club practices.

ADMINISTRATIVE COMMITTEES
MEMBERSHIP COMMITTEE
Chaired by the membership chairperson to ensure membership growth by reaching new markets, actively recruiting members and ensuring member satisfaction. This committee also verifies the qualifications of potential members who are considered by the club’s Board of Directors and noted in item Article III, section 2, of the Club Constitution. The membership committee should include last year’s membership chairperson, vice membership chairperson and any club members interested in new member recruitment and/or member satisfaction.

LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE
Chaired by the first vice president. Notifies club members of training opportunities offered by the district, multiple district and Lions Clubs International as well as non-Lion programs that could benefit club members.

FINANCE COMMITTEE
Chaired by the club treasurer to establish a detailed budget for the approval of the club’s board of directors, ensure proper documentation and authorization of funds, arrange for the annual audit of club accounts, and ensure the delivery of all financial information to the successor committee.

CONSTITUTION & BY-LAWS COMMITTEE
The Constitution and Bylaws Committee serves as an advisory committee to the club board of directors. Its duties are largely interpretive in nature and it usually acts only when called upon to do so by the board of directors. The committee members should be experienced in club or organizational procedure and be knowledgeable on the International Constitution and Standard Form Club Constitutions and Bylaws.

ATTENDANCE & BULLETIN COMMITTEE
The Chief duty of the Attendance Committee is to create ways and means to promote attendance at club meetings. It keeps a sharp eye on month-to-month attendance figures, always looking for ways to improve them. Encourage members to attend meetings and get involved to the club . The committee chairman works closely with the Program Committee, club secretary, and tail twister.

PUBLIC RELATIONS COMMITTEE
The Public Relations Committee is responsible for letting the community know what your Club is doing, provides accurate, complete, timely and brief information about the club's past, current and future projects to the community through all possible available media.

CONVENTION COMMITTEE
Convention Committee encourages all members to attend district, multiple district, and international conventions. It provides timely information and suggests ways to raise funds to pay necessary delegate expenses.

INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY COMMITTEE
Establish communication system through e-mail within the club as well as communication with outside of the club. Obtain the association's official publications, newsletters, directories, and many other Lions information materials through the Internet. Help members of the club order club supplies and purchase various goods through Lions Supplies on the Web site.

NOMINATION COMMITTEE
The Nomination Committee will present a proposed set of officers to the membership at a regular meeting of the club in March. Finally, an election of officers should be held at a regular meeting in April. The newly elected officers take office in the following July. The Nominating Committee should make sure that the Secretary submits the PU-101 form to the International before the 15th of May.

AWARDS COMMITTEE
The Awards committee is responsible in identifying the awards to be given in recognition of the services rendered and in giving the time and treasures. This committee is in charge in ordering the necessary awards.

LCIF COMMITTEE
The LCIF serves as the vehicle by which large and small contributions of many Lions, Lions clubs and districts may bring about humanitarian achievement. The LCIF is a public, non-profit, tax-exempt corporation with headquarters in the United States. Its purpose is to promote human welfare by careful application of funds contributed to it. The major objectives of the foundation are: Major disaster relief, Vocational assistance, and Humanitarian services. The committee encourages members to contribute to the LCIF. Recognition Program for Individuals are: (1) Contributing Member (received a wallet card) for contributing the equivalent of US$10 or more, (2) LCIF Honor Roll (receives a certificate) for contributing the at least US$100 (3) Melvin Jones Fellowship, (receive an engraved walnut plaque and a special lapel pin for contributing US$1,000. A diamond will be added to the MJF lapel pin for each additional US$1,000 contributions.
