Serving our Community
Littlehampton Lions Club have put a bookcase in the waiting room of the Littlehampton Railway Station for passengers to borrow books to read on their journeys. The bookcase is regularly topped up by members. Donations are accepted and we would like to thank Southern Railways passengers for their generosity as over £30 has already been donated. (See photos in the gallery)
Rustington Diamond Jubilee Lions Parade and Fete on Monday 4th June 2012
Plans are progressing well for the above event, we still have tables available for the Grand Fete which will be held in the north field of the Woodlands Recreation Ground also If you would like to enter the parade we still have space available.

Eggstravaganza 2012
We would like to thank the following for taking part in this years Lions Eggstravaganza, when we supplied a large Belgium Chocolate Easter Egg which was raffled by each venue. The total raised this year was £1025, our best ever result.

St Patrick's Day Dinner 2012
Around 40 Lion Members, partners and friends attended a St Patrick's Day Dinner at the Guide Hall in Rustington. We were treated to a home cooked Beef Stew with Guinness with all the trimmings.
We also racked our brains on an Irish Quiz.
Many thanks to the cooks and organisers.
Christmas Collections 2011
We would like to say a big thank you to all those that gave to our Christmas Collection this year. We raised the grand total of £3648.86.
We would also like to thank Tesco's Littlehampton and Sainsbury's Rustington for allowing us to collect at their stores, as well as the residents and shoppers in the Littlehampton and Rustington area.
Funds raised go into our Charity Trust to help people less fortunate than ourselves.
Senior Citizens Luncheon 2011
On Saturday 6th August we organised our annual Senior Citizens Luncheon where served a lunch followed by some entertainment for around 100 local elderly people. The Chairman of Rustington Parish Council, Andy Cooper together with the Mayor of Littlehampton, Alan Gammon and our own Lion President Keith Mates were also there to help us on the day.
