Livingston Lions learned of the work of the Animal Assistance League of Polk County to reduce the number of unwanted dogs and cats through low cost neutering from Lion Shelley Ziegler, left, president of the League (www.aalpolk.org).

Two members were inducted into the pride of Livingston Lions Club just in time for a number of service projects. From left, Lion Glen Cornelius sponsored Sandy Cornelius, and Lion Elfriede Zipprian sponsored Brenda Battaglie, with Lion Ed Zeigler.

The outstanding work of the Polk County SPCA was enthusiastically supported by the Livingston Lions with a donation of $250. Pictured are Lions President Kathie Freeman with SPCA representatives Tony Coty and Donna Jackson.



Lions Paul Woodward and James Laird had food duty at the Polk County Youth Rodeo in July 2015.



Livingston Lions are active attendees at District meetings.
