Welcome to  LIONS CLUB OF MANIPAY PARISH  in District 306B1 - Srilanka.  chartered in 1987 and serving the community with committment for more than two decades. The current membership is 39 - still with five Chartered members - mainly the Chartered President and the Secretary.

We are in the Northern part of Srilanka and mostly the ethnic group is Tamil Speaking.
