Dale Brasser, Secretary of the Manitowoc Civil War Roundtable and Civil War Reenactor entertained the Lions and their guests at the annual Dinner Meeting/Valentine Party.  Dressed in an authentic reproduction of a civil war officer's uniform, he spoke of the war and its connection to the state of Wisconsin.
