Lions Club Medan Seruni field confirmed by the Lions Clubs International on 02 February 1988.  Lions Club Medan Seruni is a club field who take shelter under the Lions Clubs International and Lions Clubs Indonesia District 307A-2.

Lions Club Medan Seruni is a gathering where all members are women who currently numbering 47 people and engage in Humanity Service Activities on a voluntary basis.

Several activities : 

1. Cataract Eye Operation
2. Operation Cleft Lip and Palate
3. Provide assistance to Orphanages, Nursing Homes
4. Provide assistance to pre-prosperous family in the celebration of Religious holidays
5. Inspection & Eye Glasses giving free
6. Planting trees
7. Participated providing humanitarian aid and funds for victims of natural disasters that occurred in Indonesia

LCM Seruni also has Fund-raising activities carried out each year that is Golf Tournament.  Where some of the profits donated to social activities such as mentioned above.
