We will be laying out the spaces for Crafters booths. Crafters can arrive at NOON and may need assistance until 6PM. A lot of other tables, chairs, tents and grills will also need setting up that day.

Simek Recreation Center in Medford, Wisconsin. (Next to high school)
The day's events start at 7:30 am with a pancake breakfast - topped with pure Maple syrup and supplemented with maple sausage and ham. Crafters will be present at 7:30 with many of their items featuring products from the Sugar Maple. SEE WEB Site; http://www.taylorcountylionsmaplefest.org/

Crafters could be arriving as soon as 6 AM. We are responsible for the Root Beer Float/Sundae booth, serving from 9 AM – 4PM. Lion Bill could probably use help with the pedal tractor event. And of course there is clean-up Maple Syrup Judging could use someone to help with entries, tally scores and write certificates. Wear your green Maplefest T-shirts
