Please join us for a fun scramble which will benefit Idaho Diabetes Youth Programs (Camp Hodia) which will help families in Meridian, the Treasure Valley and throughout Idaho.  Hodia is fun and offers kids the opportunity to share common experiences, meet others with diabetes and form meaningful friendships.  For many campers, this is their first time away from home.  Hodia programs strive to foster self-esteem and self-reliance in a safe, healthy environment.Help our Meridian Lions Club help deserving kids--register to play, sponsor or simply donate!

Who are the Meridian Lions?

They are the ordinary local citizens representing a variety of ooccupations who have united in a local Lions Club to better serve their community by United efforts.

When did the Meridian Lions Club begin?

It was organized October 5, 1938 by a former District Governor, Lion Rulon Dunn. The club has served Meridian from the time it was a village of 500 to its ppresent status of a rapidly growing city approaching a population of 80,000.

What is the purpose served by the Meridian Lions Club?

Focusing it's aims in line with the motto of Lions International: "We Serve", the members of the Meridian Lions Club attempt to meet some of the special and pressing needs of its community, as well as that of the larger world community. Some of the ongoing projects of Lionism embrace those not addressed with the same concentration by other civic organizations.
