The Muskegon Eastside Lions club is a non-profit organization specializing in helping the visually impaired. We are also committed to helping the community with special needs.

 

The Muskegon Eastside Lions Club “The Biggest Little Lions Club in Western Michigan” was chartered in 1982 by, and under the jurisdiction of, the International Association of Lions Clubs (The Worlds Largest and Most Active Service Club).

 

 

Lions Clubs are divided geographically into countries, states, districts, regions, zones and areas.  The Muskegon Eastside Lions Club is in the United States of America, State of Michigan, District 11 C-1, Region 1, Zone 1 and the public school areas of Oakridge and Orchard View.

To unite members as a team in an effort to raise funds and to distribute those funds appropriately to provide the community and vision & hearing impaired with a helping hand.

 

 

The objectives of the Muskegon Eastside Lions Club is…

  • To take an active interest in the civic, cultural, social and moral welfare of the community.
  • To unite members in the bonds of friendship, good fellowship and mutual understanding.
  • To encourage service minded men and women to serve their community without personal financial reward
